1)  Create a Master Folder:

2)  Save Projects in a Sub-Folders in the Master Folder in the following format:
YYYY(Project#)(project name)

2012-001-John_Doe_Residence
2011-128-North_America_Map

When the Master Folder is displayed on your computer, projects are…
